Faith Mission’s Childrens Ministry Camp aims to provide basic education, Christian teaching and nutritional meals to disadvantaged children over 3 days. There is also an opportunity for the children to be children by playing sports & games, and relax by watching a movie. The January 2024 camp was a huge success, hosted by local Faith Mission volunteers and missionaries Jeff & Linda Tabley.

Faith Mission provides a 3-Day camp for vulnerable children in Eastern PNG. Some children walked for hours, and even days, to attend.
Here is a short video of our Teaching, Drama and worship team sharing the parable of the wise and foolish builders.
The youth had never acted out monologues before and they are natural performers. The children loved seeing the youth acting out plays.
Our program for the 3 day camp was: worship, lessons from Linda and the pastor, break, music and drama, preaching based on the parables and Bible events, lunch (supplied by Faith Mission), Mr Bean Movie, popcorn, sports and games then home.

I felt very humbled to be part of the ongoing work and so proud of Linda who presented to the children and women at Faith Mission Gouno.
